The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Green closes the distance and clinches.

Ribeiro is pushing down on Green's leg trying to pass to half guard. Green is fighting to maintain full guard but Ribeiro has managed to sneak the leg through.

Green has taken the fight to the clinch.
Green has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ribeiro is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Green is trying to trip Ribeiro. He has hold of a leg but Ribeiro is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Green persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Green got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ribeiro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Green has managed to get both his arms back between Ribeiro's legs - danger averted.
Ribeiro is trying to control the position but Green postures up.

Ribeiro wants to control from the top but Green keeps moving.

Ribeiro wants to lay and pray for a moment but Green keeps working.
Green stops Ribeiro from passing to mount.
Green tries to bench press Ribeiro off him but Ribeiro keeps the position.
