The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shiluo moves out of range as Liriano strikes.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Shiluo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Let's hope that Liriano has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Shiluo is working hard here to advance position.
Shiluo tries to lock up and control but Liriano gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nelson Liriano showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Liriano looks to land a combination but Shiluo avoids it well.
Liriano goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Shiluo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Liriano is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Liriano has escaped and now he's on top!

Liriano seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
