Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bill Bremner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bremner comes to the cage accompanied by Superbeast by Rob Zombie. White has chosen Fugees - Ready or not as his entrance music. Bill Bremner had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill Bremner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris White!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bremner scores with a push kick.
Bremner scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Bremner lands with a right hand.


It looks like Chris White has been cut.
Bremner looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
White shoots in but no luck this time.
Bremner throws a body kick that misses.
White wants to counter with a clinch but Bremner pushes him away.

White closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bremner to the mat! Bremner manages to get full guard.
Bremner avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

White throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bremner works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
White showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

White throws a strike but Bremner rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as White holds on and takes a little breather.
White can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bremner controls the pace.
Bremner continues to stall.
Bremner wants to stand but White is controlling his posture from full guard.
White wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bremner scores with a jab to the body.
White on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Bremner lands a really nice looking cross but White seems unphased.
White blocks a jab.
Bill Bremner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bremner.
Bremner stuns White with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

White gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bremner has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

White has clasped his hands together around Bremner's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Bremner throws White to one side and escapes!
Good leg kick by Bremner there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
White tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

White lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

White clinches up with Bremner and pushes him back against the cage.
White can't get the takedown.
White looking for a takedown.
Bill Bremner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris White.

Bremner's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
White connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bremner. Bremner circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
White tries for a takedown but Bremner sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
It looked like Bremner was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
White moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A good leg kick by Bremner.

White shoots in and bounces Bremner off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Bremner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White wants to pass the guard but Bremner is keeping the position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
White loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
White controls from within his opponent's guard.

That's time! Bremner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


A lazy left from White finds it's target.
Bremner fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
White looks to land a combination but Bremner avoids it well.
Nice body punch from Bremner.

White tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bremner manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

White has closed the distance and engaged Bremner in a clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bremner keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
White throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
White wants to take a breather but Bremner is having none of it.

White is keen to just control but Bremner is a slippery customer.
Bremner is looking to control White's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bremner avoid being mounted?

White lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Bremner has hold of White's hands but White slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
White prevents Bremner from standing back up.
White performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Bremner wants to get back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
White throws a hook but Bremner avoids it easily.
Bremner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but White moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A shot to the liver by Bremner. Beautiful body shot.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Bremner.
Bremner throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bremner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bremner misses with a two punch combination.
White throws a shot from downtown. Bremner moves away and avoids it.
White changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bremner tries to avoid it but White manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bremner to the ground. Bremner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bill Bremner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
White moves forwards but Bremner connects with a nice, crisp jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Bremner misses the target.
Bremner throws a hook but White blocks it.

White gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Bremner wants to break free but White has control.
White has Bremner pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bremner manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Chris White will probably get the nod - 10:9.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


White looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bremner is fending him off so far but White persists. Nope, Bremner circles away and we're back to standing.
White bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bremner.
Crunch! Bremner slams his shin into White's torso.
Bremner throws a hook but White avoids it easily.
As Bremner backs off White throws a huge counter combo but Bremner manages to avoid it all.
Bremner lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
White steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bremner.
White takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Bremner misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bremner lands a leg kick that knocks White off balance momentarily.
White throws a jab when Bremner was well out of range.

White closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - White lands in his opponent's guard.

White wants to control from the top but Bremner keeps moving.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as White accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Bremner wants to get back to his feet but White is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
White postures up and lands a big shot to Bremner's brow.
Bremner is trying to control the position from the bottom.
White is looking to work some ground and pound but Bremner has wrist control.
Bremner is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

White drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Bremner looking to hit a scissor sweep but White is one step ahead there.
White is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Bremner is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that White can do to turn this around?

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
White keeps control of the position for the meantime.
White is looking to improve his position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that's the end of the fight!
Bill Bremner showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Bremner has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
