These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zivic lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jimenez takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Zivic counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A head kick by Jimenez misses
and Zivic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jimenez throws a wild body kick that Zivic sees coming a mile off.
Zivic seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Jimenez misses with a head kick.
Zivic lands a really nice looking cross but Jimenez seems unphased.
A chopping leg kick lands by Zivic.

Jimenez with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Zivic to score with a decent uppercut.

and Jimenez takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Zivic is looking to clinch.
Jimenez throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Zivic counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A jab from Zivic finds it's way through Jimenez's defenses.
Jimenez is still on wobbly legs! Can Zivic finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zivic drops Jimenez with a beautiful combination! Jimenez stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Zivic is looking for the KO!
Zivic steps in with a hook that catches Jimenez right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Zivic follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Jimenez looks absolutely devastated.
