Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kania Cup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drnola Yubackk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yubackk is looking to slow Cup down with leg kicks.
Yubackk chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Yubackk throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A nice inside leg kick there by Yubackk. That's going to slow Cup down.
Yubackk thumps Cup with a low kick.

Cup forces Yubackk back against the cage and clinches.
Yubackk blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Cup is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Cup escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cup avoids a punch combination nicely.
Yubackk misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yubackk fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cup.

Cup darts in and clinches Yubackk up against the cage.
Cup looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Cup is struggling to control the position.

A head kick misses from Yubackk.
Yubackk stuffs the takedown.
Yubackk throws a nice looking combination but Cup bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Yubackk tries to pull guard but Cup won't allow it.
Cup really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cup tightens his grip and picks Yubackk up, before dumping him to the ground. Yubackk manages to land in guard.

Yubackk misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Drnola Yubackk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yubackk throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Cup decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Cup takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Yubackk misses with a head kick.
Yubackk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cup is defended easily by Yubackk.

Yubackk must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Yubackk really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cup. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round but I would say that Kania Cup will probably get the nod.

Cup is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Yubackk looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Cup moves into range and clinches up with Yubackk.
Yubackk is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Cup is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Yubackk keeps control of Cup as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Yubackk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cup circles away quickly and effectively.
Cup dives in and grabs Yubackk's left leg, looking for a takedown. Yubackk pushes down on Cup's head and hops out.
A left and a right from Yubackk both land. Nice combination.
Yubackk falls off balance throwing a combination

and Cup holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Yubackk is working for takedown but Cup is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kania Cup has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drnola Yubackk.
Yubackk fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Yubackk is breathing heavily.

Cup wants the takedown. Yubackk is fighting it off but Cup persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Yubackk's guard against the cage.
Yubackk is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Cup dives into side control.

Cup will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Yubackk misses with a body kick.
Yubackk lands with a nice body kick.
Cup shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Yubackk pinned against the cage. Yubackk gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Yubackk throws a sloppy head kick and Cup moves out of range easily.
Drnola Yubackk seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Cup shoots in for a takedown but Yubackk shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Cup tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yubackk sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cup somewhat.
Yubackk lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Yubackk throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
A head kick misses from Cup.
Cup shoots in for a takedown but Yubackk shows good takedown defense.
Cup dives in for a single leg takedown but Yubackk sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Yubackk scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Cup has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Yubackk.
Yubackk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cup circles away quickly and effectively.

Cup shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Yubackk but Yubackk pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Drnola Yubackk is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Yubackk throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Cup will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Cup prevents Yubackk from breaking the clinch.

Cup breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Yubackk throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

A nice leg kick lands there from Yubackk.

Cup is looking to cinch up a triangle. Yubackk throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Cup's body to avoid the submission. Cup has instead reached around Yubackk's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Cup arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
