The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaperoinis fails with a takedown attempt.
Kaperoinis shoots in looking for a takedown but Bryant manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kaperoinis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A little feinted left hand from Bryant on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kaperoinis tries to keep at a distance but Bryant has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kaperoinis wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bryant has him pressed against the cage.
Bryant breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kaperoinis rushes Bryant and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bryant drags the fight down to the ground.

Kaperoinis is posturing up here but Bryant has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kaperoinis tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kaperoinis has to tap! Slick submission there by Bryant!
