The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jotko misses with a hook. Lobos ducked under it nicely.
A counter left hand to the body from Lobos misses its target.
Lobos ducks under a wild hook from Jotko.
Lobos drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jotko sprawls and moves away.
Jotko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jotko wants it to stay on the feet.
Ernesto Lobos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lobos misses with a looping left.
Jotko swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jotko throws a looping overhand right but Lobos ducks down to avoid it.
Donk. Jotko catches Lobos right on the button with a cross.
Lobos shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jotko sprawls well. Jotko wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lobos gets slowly back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jotko lands a really nice looking cross but Lobos seems unphased.
Lobos throws a head kick that misses.

A jab from Jotko finds it's way through Lobos's defenses.
Lobos is breathing heavily.
No luck for Lobos with that takedown attempt.
It seemed like Jotko was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Lobos could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Donk. Jotko catches Lobos right on the button with a cross.

and Jotko counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lobos thinking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jotko feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lobos sprawling to the canvas! Lobos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jotko finish him?!
Lobos is rocked!
It looks like Ernesto Lobos has been cut.
Lobos takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jotko fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Lobos to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Lobos looks to clinch but Jotko throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Lobos taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
