And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Gracie with that takedown attempt.
Hondo gets a takedown into half guard.
Gracie slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Gracie wants to sweep here but Hondo controlling him for the moment.

Hondo tries to stand but Gracie is controlling from the bottom.
Gracie had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hondo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gracie Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hondo's back instead.
