The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bisping throws a right hand that Diaz ducks under and follows up with a left that Diaz also avoids with ease.
Tony Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bisping throws a right and a left that Diaz avoids nicely.

Diaz lands a big head kick that sends Bisping tumbling to the mat! Diaz takes a step backwards and waves Bisping back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Bisping is rocked!

It looks like Viktor Bisping has been cut.
Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bisping swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Oh Bisping is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bisping closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Diaz manages to break the clinch.
Bisping displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Diaz.
Bisping seems to have got his legs back now.
Diaz fails with the takedown.
Bisping wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
The fighters circle, before Diaz throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Bisping's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Diaz lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Tony Diaz opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
