And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Liddell moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Jacobs forces Liddell back against the cage and clinches.
Liddell tries a body shot but Jacobs blocks it.
Jacobs misses with a short punch on the inside.

Liddell escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jacobs ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Jacobs throws a right and a left that both miss.
Liddell shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jacobs but Jacobs pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Jacobs takes the fight into the clinch.
Liddell tries to pull guard but Jacobs holds him up against the cage and eventually Liddell drops back down to his feet.

Liddell walks into a stiff left hand from Jacobs.
Jacobs lands a nice shot to the body.

Liddell shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jacobs as he jumps to the side.
Jacobs cracks Liddell with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Liddell is rocked!
Liddell is holding his hands too far apart here. Jacobs throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Liddell is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
