Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikita Astakhov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keola Fatu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Astakhov's entrance music is Tupac - Uppercut. A fine choice. Nikita Astakhov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Astakhov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Fatus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Fatu throws a body shot but no joy.

Astakhov scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Fatu doesn't seem bothered though.
Astakhov moves out of range as Fatu strikes.
It looked like Astakhov was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Fatu.
Astakhov definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Fatu gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Astakhov.
Astakhov scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Fatu gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Fatu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Astakhov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Astakhov counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Nikita Astakhov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
