Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sick Puppies - You're Going Down kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ricardo Alves acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gabriel Souza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ricardo Alves!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza slips under a jab from Alves.
Alves tried to score with a low kick but Souza checks it.
Souza half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
An inside leg kick lands from Alves.
Souza takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Alves works the jab nicely.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Alves, as that shot connected.
It looks like Gabriel Souza has been cut.
Alves lands the left hand.
Souza gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Souza throws a leg kick that is checked
and Alves counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That kick from Alves tenderised Souza's leg. Souza is trying to keep his angry face on.
Alves connects with a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Alves works over Souza's head and body with a nice combination.
Souza is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
A shot to the liver by Alves. Beautiful body shot.
Oh Souza is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Decent striking displayed by Alves there.
Souza takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Souza seems to have got his legs back now.
A jab from Alves finds it's way through Souza's defenses.
Good standup being displayed there by Alves as he connects with a hook.
Alves cracks Souza with a right hand to the side of the head.
Alves throws an overhand right that has Souza reeling! Alves follows up with more punches and Souza is out cold! This one is all over!
