Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kasey Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reborn Again (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kasey Strong has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kasey Strong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Reborn Again!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, David Schapiro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Again shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Strong as he jumps to the side.
Strong rushes Again and presses him up against the cage.
Again gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Again content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Again seems to be looking for submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Strong looks like he's trying to stand up.
Again sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Strong defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Again seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Again trying to advance position but Strong counters by regaining guard.
Strong has momentary wrist control but Again slips an elbow through the middle.
Again seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
It looks like Again might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Again forces his way into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Again looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Again is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Strong has managed to free his arm - good work.
Again is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Strong doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Again.
Strong is looking to escape.

Again passes the guard and advances to mount!
Again controlling the position easily from mount.
Strong is trying to stand up.
Again controlling from the full mount.
Again prevents Strong from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Again sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Strong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Again looking to isolate an arm here. Strong doesn't see it coming and as Again extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Again!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Reborn Again!
A relieved looking Reborn Again thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
