Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean ducks under a wild hook from Trax.
Dean throws a lazy head kick
and Trax counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Trax is looking to take this one to the mat.
Trax pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Trax closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dean to the mat! Dean manages to get full guard.
Trax landing with the ground and pound.
Dean is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Trax is controlling him.
Trax gets to his feet. Dean looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dean gets caught napping as Trax dives in and scores a takedown. Dean manages to retain guard.
Trax pushing down on Dean's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Trax controlling the pace.

Trax is thwarting Dean's attempts to control the position.
Trax wants to free his trapped foot but Dean is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Trax is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dean is just riding it out for now. Trax eventually gives up the hold.
Trax thows a huge punch but Dean dodges it nicely.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dean keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dean has a hand on Trax's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Trax takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Trax avoids the attempt from Dean to control.

Trax thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
