Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Point Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Wonstom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wonstom has chosen Avenged Sevenfold - Lips Of Deceit as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ivan Wonstom!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wonstom can pounce on him.
Fighter stalks Wonstom and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wonstom's face. Wonstom staggers backwards, shaken.
Wonstom scores with a jab.
Wonstom tries to bum rush Fighter with a series of wild strikes but Fighter uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wonstom misses with a hook. Fighter ducked under it nicely.
Fighter uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wonstom.
Fighter is looking to counter punch.
Wonstom shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Fighter works Wonstom's body with a nice hook.
Fighter connects with a crisp jab.
Wonstom throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fighter connects with a looping right hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Wonstom misses the target.
Fighter avoids a punch combination nicely.
Fighter throws a looping overhand right but Wonstom ducks down to avoid it.
Fighter shoots in for a takedown but Wonstom shows good takedown defense.
Wonstom dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wonstom lands a jab to the nose.
Fighter connects with a looping right hand.
Fighter shoots in looking for a takedown but Wonstom manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fighter's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A slow jab from Wonstom misses its intended target.
Fighter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wonstom moves away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Fighter shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wonstom pinned against the cage. Wonstom gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wonstom doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Point Fighter. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wonstom connects with a jab.
Ivan Wonstom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wonstom misses with a wild body shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Fighter, as that shot connected.
Wonstom misses with a straight right.
Fighter throws a lazy right hand but Wonstom sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Wonstom lands a glancing blow to the side of Fighter's head.
Wonstom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fighter was well out of range. Poor timing from Wonstom.
Wonstom throws a leg kick but Fighter checks it.
It looked like Fighter wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ivan Wonstom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fighter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wonstom.
Wonstom slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Fighter scores with a jab to the body.
Wonstom misses with a body shot.
Wonstom misses with a right hand
and Fighter counters with a nice uppercut.
A shot to the liver by Wonstom. Beautiful body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wonstom throws a right hand that Fighter ducks under and follows up with a left that Fighter also avoids with ease.

Fighter jabs Wonstom to the body, keeping him at a distance.

No joy there for Fighter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wonstom misses with a straight left.
Fighter misses with a body shot.
Fighter fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Fighter scores with the left hand. Wonstom knows he should have avoided that one.
Wonstom attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Wonstom throws a body shot but no joy.
Wonstom stuns Fighter with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fighter just misses with a punch to the body.
Fighter lands with a shot to the body.
Nice body punch from Fighter.
Fighter shoots in looking for a takedown. Wonstom tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wonstom manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fighter avoids the body shot from Wonstom.

Fighter blocks a head kick by Wonstom.
Fighter drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Wonstom avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Fighter.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fighter creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Wonstom sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Wonstom is being controlled here.
Fighter in side control, throwing shots but Wonstom defends.
Wonstom is not content to let Fighter control the position.
Wonstom is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Fighter is controlling him well.
Fighter trying to control the position but Wonstom is working away.
Wonstom wants to get back to his feet but Fighter drags him back down.
Fighter has hold of Wonstom's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Wonstom tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Fighter cranks the arm and Wonstom screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Wonstom, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Point Fighter!

Our winner, Point Fighter, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
