Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zang Zhai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dougie Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhai comes to the cage accompanied by Sampans. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Zhai misses.
Logan throws a leg kick but Zhai moved away.
Zhai throws a big counter combination but Logan scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Zhai stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Zhai tests Logan's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Dougie Logan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Logan slips under a jab from Zhai.
Logan changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Zhai has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.
Logan throws a body punch but Zhai moves out of range.
Logan misses with a low kick.
Logan throws a leg kick but Zhai checks it.
Logan connects with a leg kick. Zhai looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zhai looks to land a right hand but Logan moved out of range.

Logan darts in and clinches Zhai up against the cage.
Logan misses with the head strike.

Zhai pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown attempt by Logan or perhaps it was just good defense by Zhai, which made it look bad.
Zhai tried to counter with a leg kick but Logan avoided it.

Logan has a takedown stuffed.
Zhai misses with a straight left.
Logan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A counter left hand to the body from Zhai misses its target.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Logan is defended easily by Zhai.
Zang Zhai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dougie Logan.

Zhai keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Zhai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Logan manages to avoid it.

Zhai throws a body punch but Logan moves out of range.
Logan feints the counter takedown.
Zhai fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Zhai connects with a looping right hand.
Logan feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Zhai's calf.
Zhai scores with a body shot.
Logan throws a leg kick that is checked
and Zhai counters with a nice uppercut.

Logan is rocked!
Logan backs away from a small jab... but Zhai lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Logan crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Zhai with a spectacular finish!
