The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turian misses with a body kick.
Hanma throws a hook but Turian blocks it.
And Turian counters with a quick kick to the body but Hanma blocks it.
Turian walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Hanma misses with an uppercut
and Turian finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Baki Hanma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hanma throws a poor cross that misses
and Turian cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hanma missing with a left hand there. Turian was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hanma swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Turian seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Turian lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Baki Hanma has been cut.
Turian defending well as Hanma loads up on a big left hand.
Turian has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Broken Halo's -Temple of Illumination in the buildup to the fight.
Hanma throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Turian sees it coming and avoids it easily.
It looked like Turian was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Hanma throws a hook but Turian blocks it.
And Turian counters with a quick kick to the body but Hanma blocks it.
Turian steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hanma.
A jab from Hanma misses.
A slow jab from Hanma misses its intended target.
Turian looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Turian blocks a jab.
Hanma might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Hanma forces Turian back against the cage and clinches.

Hanma swings wildly with an uppercut but Turian uses good head movement to avoid it.

Turian tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hanma's elbow.

Turian lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hanma backwards.
Hanma fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Turian connects with a knee to the head.

Hanma is rocked!
Hanma throws a punch but it's blocked by Turian.
Hanma is still on wobbly legs! Can Turian finish him?
Turian lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Hanma to his knees! Turian keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
