Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Paunescu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Sorrenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matt Sorrenson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Paunescu.
Jab from Paunescu.
Sorrenson blocks a jab.
Paunescu misses with an uppercut.
Sorrenson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sorrenson scores with a head kick.

Paunescu sends Sorrenson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Paunescu is motioning to the referee to let Sorrenson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Sorrenson is rocked!

Sorrenson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sorrenson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Sorrenson is still on wobbly legs! Can Paunescu finish him?
Paunescu throws a hook to the side of Sorrenson's head but Sorrenson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sorrenson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Paunescu tries to avoid it but Sorrenson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Paunescu to the ground. Paunescu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Crack! Paunescu connects with the perfect overhand right and Sorrenson falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Paunescu!

After the fight, Dan Paunescu was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
