The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drogba connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Drogba scores with a decent looking hook.
Drogba's jab looks to have found its range, popping Thompson under the eye.
Thompson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Drogba stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Thompson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Thompson is rocked!
Thompson gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Drogba.
Thompson is still on wobbly legs! Can Drogba finish him?
Drogba drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Thompson right on the button. Thompson goes down! Drogba follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Drogba gets the win via TKO!
