Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felton Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haim Zeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson moves out of range as Zeman throws a body kick.
Zeman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Simpson was covering up waiting for the punch and Zeman finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Zeman slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Simpson seems keen to control Zeman's posture.
Simpson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zeman is controlling him.
Zeman not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zeman is looking to stand up but Simpson won't let him.
Simpson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Zeman is aware though and is defending well.
Zeman would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Simpson pulls Zeman in close to prevent any damage.
Zeman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Zeman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Simpson is staying active underneath Zeman, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Zeman prevents Simpson from improving his position.
Well, if Zeman is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Simpson tries to hold on but Zeman pushes him away.

Zeman throwing strikes here but Simpson is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Simpson is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Simpson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Simpson tries to hold on but Zeman postures up.
Simpson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Zeman looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Simpson wants to get back to full guard.

Zeman tries to stand and escape but Simpson is controlling the position.

Zeman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Simpson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Simpson lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Zeman is keen to just control but Simpson is a slippery customer.

Zeman passes into side control, despite Simpson's attempt to control the position.

Zeman wants to stand but Simpson is controlling his arm.

Zeman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Zeman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
