Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abdul Leon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Diablo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diablo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Insane in the brain. Nathan Diablo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diablo with a lazy takedown attempt
and Leon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Diablo connects with a nice looking jab.
Diablo shoots in for a takedown but Leon shows good takedown defense.
Diablo throws a front kick aimed at Leon's knee but Leon avoids it well.
Diablo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Diablo clinches up against the cage.
Leon can't find room to land a body shot as Diablo controls the action.
Diablo is trying to stall.
Diablo looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diablo tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Abdul Leon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nathan Diablo.
Diablo tries to work over Leon's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Leon lands an elbow that stopped Diablo in his tracks for a moment.

Diablo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Leon has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Diablo is proving hard to escape from.
Diablo is trying to control the position but Leon postures up.

Leon working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Diablo's head.
Diablo is looking to cinch up a triangle. Leon throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Diablo's body to avoid the submission. Diablo has instead reached around Leon's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Diablo arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Nathan Diablo!
As Nathan Diablo got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: That's right muthaf#*@£'s.'.
