The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Auguste drops Castaneda with a big left hand and mounts him. Castaneda is in big trouble!

Castaneda is rocked!

It looks like Matt Castaneda has been cut.
Auguste controlling from the full mount.
Oh Castaneda is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Castaneda is looking to improve his position but Auguste isn't that keen on the idea.
Auguste seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Castaneda is holding on tight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Auguste tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Castaneda is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Auguste stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Sloppy strikes from Auguste. Those never looked like landing.

Auguste closes the distance looking for a takedown. Castaneda stuffs it but Auguste still has hold of him. Auguste picks Castaneda up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Auguste slams Castaneda to the floor and that's really hurt Castaneda - he doesn't know where he is! Auguste throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
