The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonhson throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Young is looking to counter the offense by Jonhson and move into the clinch.

Jonhson throws a sloppy head kick and Young moves out of range easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Young enables Jonhson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Young manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Young manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Young manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Jonhson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Jonhson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Young's head.

It looks like Chadwick Young has been cut.

Jonhson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Jonhson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
