Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Judo Brazil!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jen Seng!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seng lands a lovely overhand right.
Brazil lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Seng circles away quickly and effectively.
Seng tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Seng uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.


It looks like Judo Brazil has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Brazil.

Brazil could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Brazil throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Seng looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Judo Brazil. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Seng tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brazil looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Sloppy strikes from Brazil. Those never looked like landing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

enabling Seng to counter with a crisp jab.

Seng throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Horrible takedown attempt by Brazil or perhaps it was just good defense by Seng, which made it look bad.
Brazil has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Bear's Den in the buildup to the fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brazil tries to bum rush Seng with a series of wild strikes but Seng uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Brazil fails to land with a series of punches.
Brazil throws a right and a left that both miss.

Seng feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Brazil sprawling to the canvas! Brazil rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Seng finish him?!


Brazil is rocked!
Seng darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Brazil's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Seng before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jen Seng!
