Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between No Feget (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor McGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGregor has chosen Sketty Bums Get Wild as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, No Feget!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Conor McGregor!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGregor moves into range and clinches up with Feget.
Feget taking a breather.

Feget pulls guard effortlessly.
McGregor throws a big elbow that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McGregor working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
McGregor in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
McGregor trying to control the position from guard on top but Feget is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McGregor looking to sit in guard and control but Feget gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGregor keeping moving, preventing Feget from controlling successfully.

McGregor is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Feget presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
McGregor throws an elbow but it misses.

Feget lands with a short head shot on the inside.
McGregor wants to get back to striking at distance but Feget won't allow it.
Feget jumps guard but McGregor turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
McGregor swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A frustrated look appears on McGregor's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Feget fails to pull the fight into his guard.
McGregor has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Feget tried to land a shot to the body but connects with McGregor's elbow.

McGregor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
McGregor throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Feget holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on McGregor's face as he tries to break the clinch.

McGregor's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McGregor lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
McGregor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Feget swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Feget looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Feget shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for No Feget. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Feget shoots in for a takedown but McGregor shows good takedown defense.
Donk. McGregor catches Feget right on the button with a cross.

Feget closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Feget tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and McGregor avoids it.
Feget fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Feget manages to break the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Feget shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Feget was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

McGregor sneaks out the side door and pushes Feget away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
McGregor throws a nice head kick!
McGregor lands a lovely overhand right.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
McGregor tries to clinch up but Feget circles away and keeps his distance.

Feget shoots in and gets a takedown into McGregor's guard.

McGregor manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Feget feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

McGregor has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Feget has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
McGregor looks winded!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Feget jumps guard but McGregor stands there with Feget around his waist. Feget gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Feget ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Feget no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Feget utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Feget wants to stand up but McGregor is controlling him.

Feget avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells McGregor's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
McGregor won't allow Feget to get back to his feet.

McGregor avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
McGregor looking to sit in guard and control but Feget gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Feget prevents McGregor from getting back to his feet.
Feget throwing strikes from guard but McGregor blocks nicely.
Feget postures up and lands a big shot to McGregor's brow.
McGregor is looking to stand up but Feget isn't so interested in that idea.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Conor McGregor dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


McGregor is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Feget.

Feget shoots in and bounces McGregor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

McGregor has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Feget is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Feget tries for a takedown. No joy.
Feget changes levels and goes for a takedown here. McGregor fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Feget takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Feget throws a head kick that misses.
Feget tries to score a power double leg takedown but McGregor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Feget somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for No Feget. That's going to take a lot out of him.

McGregor tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Feget manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
An attempted straight right counter from Feget misses the target.

McGregor clinches.
Feget blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Feget trying to land knees to the body.
Feget blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Feget avoids a kick to the body.

Feget gets a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on McGregor's face as he tries to break the clinch.
McGregor wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
McGregor misses with a punch on the inside.
McGregor takes a shot to the head.

McGregor is looking to break free of the clinch but Feget has double underhooks.
McGregor throws a knee to the head but misses.
McGregor working aggressively here.

Feget has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but McGregor regains guard immediately.

McGregor has his feet on Feget's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Feget forces McGregor back against the cage and clinches.

Feget breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
McGregor has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

McGregor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Feget fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging McGregor to the ground. Feget is now in McGregor's guard.

McGregor is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Feget presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Feget takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Feget tries to pull guard but McGregor holds him up against the cage and eventually Feget drops back down to his feet.
McGregor is trying to break the clinch but Feget has him pressed against the cage.
Feget lands a nice shot to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Conor McGregor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

McGregor doesn't manage to clinch there - Feget circles away.
Feget lands a high kick!
McGregor tries to close the distance and clinch but Feget swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McGregor crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Feget - the referee stops the clock and McGregor gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Feget. McGregor manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Feget fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McGregor sprawls well initially but Feget persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

McGregor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Feget seems to be working for a kimura but McGregor defends the submission attempt.
Feget stops McGregor from getting back to his feet.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

McGregor has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Feget is on him like a limpet, forcing McGregor back against the cage.

Feget gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

McGregor has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Feget off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
A left and a right from McGregor both land. Nice combination.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McGregor stuffs the takedown attempt from Feget. Feget gets slowly back to his feet.
McGregor tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Feget counters with a nice double leg into guard.

McGregor kicks Feget off and gets to his feet.
Feget wants to clinch up but McGregor keeps it at a distance.

Feget closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McGregor to the mat! McGregor manages to get full guard.

McGregor is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Feget tightens his grip and picks McGregor up, before dumping him to the ground. McGregor manages to land in guard.

McGregor is working an open guard so Feget takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
McGregor lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McGregor falls off balance throwing a combination
and Feget counters with a right hand to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Feget gets the takedown into side control.
Feget wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGregor keeps working.

Feget prevents McGregor from escaping the position.
McGregor tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

McGregor really wants to buck Feget off and get back to his feet.
Feget lands a big elbow.

No Feget has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Conor McGregor is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Feget lands a heavy elbow.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to No Feget.
I think McGregor has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
