The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Murphy gets tackled into the cage by Tator. Tator maintains the clinch.

Tator tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Tator has Murphy pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Tator pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Murphy tumbling to the mat - Tator dives into Murphy's guard.

Murphy is pushing Tator up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Murphy is rocked!
Tator creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Murphy's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Murphy drops to his knees and Tator pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
