The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hoi steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Carlton throws a push kick but Hoi slaps the foot to one side.

I was talking to Carlton's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Carlton takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Oooooh!!! Carlton has knocked Hoi down with a huge combo! Carlton steps away and waves a wobbly Hoi back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

and Hoi counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Hoi counters with a thumping low kick.

Hoi drops Carlton with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Carlton looks back up at him and smiles so Hoi waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Carlton is rocked!

It looks like Kyle Carlton has been cut.

Hoi cracks Carlton with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Carlton looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hoi finish him?
Oh Carlton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Carlton throws a lazy uppercut
and Hoi counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
