Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grigori Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward McLauglin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasputin comes into the arena with Symphony of Destruction blaring out of the sound system. McLauglin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. You Belong To The City kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Edward McLauglin told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

and Rasputin makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
McLauglin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rasputin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McLauglin lands with a straight right. Rasputin didn't see that one coming.
Rasputin looks to land a combination but McLauglin avoids it well.
Rasputin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Edward McLauglin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McLauglin has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Rasputin seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if McLauglin can turn it around.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rasputin feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends McLauglin sprawling to the canvas! McLauglin rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rasputin finish him?!

The cut above Edward McLauglin's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

McLauglin connects with a leg kick. Rasputin looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Rasputin counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
