Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ruslan Antonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgar Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antonov on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Mendoza throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Antonov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Antonov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Antonov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Ruslan Antonov has been cut.
Mendoza walks into a straight right hand from Antonov.
Antonov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mendoza.
Mendoza ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Antonov walks into a jab.
Mendoza swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Antonov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A big left from Mendoza misses.
A jab from Antonov finds it's way through Mendoza's defenses.
Antonov takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Antonov takes one to the chin there.

Antonov is rocked!
Mendoza throws a pinpoint strike between Antonov's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Antonov crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Mendoza scores a great knockout victory!
