PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olivier Aubin Mercier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vic Chai Big Chop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aubin Mercier comes to the cage accompanied by Classified - Oh Canada. Vic Chai Big Chop told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aubin Mercier shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Big Chop is trying to defend but Aubin Mercier finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
