PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Seung Hyung Yi Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lean Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yi Li comes to the cage accompanied by RWBY Volume 3. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang scores with a hook to the body. Yi Li takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Lang moves into the clinch.
Lang stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Yi Li comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Lang throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Lang will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Yi Li up against the cage.
Yi Li creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Lang lands with a light punch inside.
Nice body punch from Lang - that landed with a thud.
Yi Li is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lang pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lang tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lang tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Yi Li's elbow.
Yi Li pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Lang throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Yi Li on the side of the head.

It looks like Seung Hyung Yi Li has been cut.

Lang lands a big right hand that drops Yi Li! The killer instinct kicks in and Lang finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Lang!

Lean Lang decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
