Yakuza has chosen The Legend of Zelda, Overworld as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Amir Lohan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 36 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ichi Yakuza!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yakuza misses with a head kick.
Lohan went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Yakuza tries a head kick but it misses.
Lohan appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Lohan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Yakuza throws a head kick that misses

and Lohan counters with a single leg into guard. Yakuza didn't expect that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yakuza looks winded!
Lohan pushing down on Yakuza's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Lohan performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Lohan passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Yakuza!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lohan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lohan lands a couple of good shots and Yakuza has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Lohan seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Yakuza is trying to remain composed but Lohan is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.
Lohan throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Yakuza!

Lohan has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Yakuza! Can he survive? No! He's out! Lohan gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Amir Lohan!
Amir Lohan decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
The defeated Ichi Yakuza had this to say: 'This has not been honorable. Seppuku!'.
