Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Skythe Mangor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cosma Svendsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Svendsen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rocky. Skythe Mangor has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Svendsen closes the distance and clinches.

Mangor turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Svendsen tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mangor wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Mangor works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Svendsen tries to bench press Mangor off him but Mangor keeps the position.
Mangor is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Svendsen's shoulder. That is not cool.

Mangor seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Svendsen for as long as he can get away with.
Mangor postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Svendsen looks a forlorn figure.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Mangor is pulling down on Svendsen's head. It's preventing any offense from Svendsen, at least for the moment.

Svendsen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Mangor is stinking the place up with his stalling.
Skythe Mangor overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mangor bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Svendsen's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Mangor shoots in for a double leg but Svendsen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mangor connects with a nice short shot to Svendsen's temple.
Skythe Mangor is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mangor perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Mangor looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Svendsen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
