Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Boy Cojuangco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyron Hendricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hendricks's choice of entrance music: I ain't turning back. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Hendricks as he connects with a hook.
Cojuangco throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hendricks's waist but Hendricks gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cojuangco off to one side.
Hendricks lunges at Cojuangco with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cojuangco's hand.
Nice body punch from Hendricks.
Cojuangco misses with a wild body shot.
Good standup being displayed there by Hendricks as he connects with a hook.
Cojuangco tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hendricks manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cojuangco will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Cojuangco takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Cojuangco looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Boy Cojuangco. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cojuangco tries to move into range but Hendricks moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Hendricks fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Cojuangco on the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hendricks keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Hendricks lands with a cross.
The fighters circle momentarily. Hendricks darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

and Hendricks cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hendricks lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Hendricks counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Tyron Hendricks is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hendricks keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh Cojuangco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hendricks drops Cojuangco with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Cojuangco! Hendricks dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
