Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Takem Downem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Short Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Low has chosen Short People as his entrance music. Short Low has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Low moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
A jab from Low does it's job there.
Downem closes the distance but Low moves to the side
and Low counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Downem takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Low works Downem's body with a nice hook.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Downem is defended easily by Low.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Downem with a lazy takedown attempt

Low looks to land a combination. Downem sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Oh Downem is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

After the fight, Short Low was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
