PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alaska Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rabago might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lungs Like Gallows. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rabago swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Rabago blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Rabago ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rabago no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Rabago has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brown can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Brown wants to stand but Rabago has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Rabago is looking to sinch up a triangle. Brown throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Rabago's body to avoid the submission. Rabago has instead reached around Brown's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Rabago arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
