Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiaxing misses with a wild combination.
Jiaxing feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jiaxing chips away with some ground and pound.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Chewbacca is on top in guard.
Jiaxing throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jiaxing can do anything to dispel that myth.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chewbacca accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jiaxing is striking off his back. Chewbacca thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

Jiaxing tries to improve his position but Chewbacca has taken his back! Chewbacca has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Jiaxing tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Chewbacca pushes Jiaxing away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
