The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roy closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Walsh's guard.
Walsh wants to get back to his feet but Roy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Walsh is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Roy stops Walsh from standing up.
Roy postures up.
Roy is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Roy wants to control from the top but Walsh keeps moving.
Walsh wants to sweep here but Roy controlling him for the moment.

Walsh manages to escape and get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Roy shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Walsh is on queer street and Roy is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
