Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob McGrady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DJ Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGrady comes to the cage accompanied by Crazy Town - Butterfly. DJ Williams is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Williams there as he acknowledges the shot.


It looks like DJ Williams has been cut.
McGrady looks to score with a jab to the body but Williams is just out of range.
McGrady misses with a double jab.

Williams closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
McGrady is trying to stand.
Williams throwing shots but McGrady is blocking nicely.
Williams takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Williams looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McGrady with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Williams winds up and cracks McGrady with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Williams thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed McGrady's head.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Williams is stalling here. McGrady is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Williams seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and McGrady has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Williams scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at McGrady to see if he's OK.
DJ Williams is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
