Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balisi throws a sloppy head kick and Jonas moves out of range easily.
Balisi tries a head kick but it misses.
Jonas blocks a head kick by Balisi.
A head kick misses from Balisi.

Jonas closes the distance and clinches.
Balisi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jonas has him pressed against the cage.
Balisi is trying to break free.
Balisi wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Balisi blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Jonas pulls Balisi into guard.
Balisi loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Jonas is working an open guard so Balisi takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Balisi scores with a head kick. Jonas tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Balisi lands a high kick!
Jonas tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Balisi defends well and Jonas ends up having to push Balisi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Balisi lands with a nice combination. Jonas backs away looking to recover.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jonas shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Jonas is working for a kimura but Balisi is defending it quite comfortably.

Jonas tries to pass to full mount but Balisi defends it.
Balisi tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Jonas manages to move to mount!
