Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Darnell Mills (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keoni Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mills tries to keep at a distance but Kane has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kane tries for a takedown. No joy.

Kane has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mills uses from the top position.
Kane is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Mills stands and steps away. Kane gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Mills tries to keep at a distance but Kane has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kane digs a right hand underneath Mills's ribcage. Mills let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Mills fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Mills tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kane is working Mills over against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mills ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mills no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Mills is looking to cinch up a triangle. Kane throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Mills's body to avoid the submission. Mills has instead reached around Kane's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Mills arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
