Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luu Viulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Police State (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). State has chosen Die for Metal as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Police State!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viulu looks to land a left hand but State moved out of range nicely.
Viulu connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed State momentarily.
State digs a good body shot into Viulu's ribs.
State catches Viulu with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Viulu scores with a crisp jab that stopped State in his tracks.

Viulu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Viulu takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
State misses with a punch on the inside.
State lands an uppercut.
Viulu lands a nice shot to the body.
State throws a punch but it's blocked by Viulu.
Viulu wants to stall.
State blocks a punch to the side of the head.

State breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A nice inside leg kick there by State. That's going to slow Viulu down.
Viulu pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
State throws out a powerful jab.

State tries to keep at a distance but Viulu has taken the fight into the clinch.

Both fighters working to control the clinch.
State softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Viulu blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Viulu makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
State lands a right hand that snaps the head of Viulu backwards.
Viulu tries to work over State's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Viulu manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
State lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
State pushes Viulu back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
State jumps guard but Viulu turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
I was talking to Viulu's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Viulu tries to work over State's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

State pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Viulu throws out a loose jab but State uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Viulu thows a left - swing and a miss!
Viulu takes a swing at State's ribcage but misses.
State scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

It looks like Police State has been cut.
Viulu throws out a loose jab but State uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
State misses with a body shot.
State darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
State dodges the punch combination from Viulu.
Viulu fails with an attempt to clinch.
Viulu with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling State to score with a decent uppercut.

Viulu is rocked!
Viulu misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from State.
State looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Oh Viulu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
BAM! State delivers a spinning backfist that drops Viulu like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!

A less than humble Police State misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
