Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Uruk Owraa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mickey McLovin!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLovin looks to land a combination. Owraa sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


It looks like Uruk Owraa has been cut.
We've been hearing reports that Owraa has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Owraa misses with a body shot.
Owraa swinging wildly here.
Owraa tries to bum rush McLovin with a series of wild strikes but McLovin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McLovin tries to close the distance and clinch but Owraa swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

McLovin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Owraa misses with a body shot.
McLovin throws a right hand that Owraa ducks under and follows up with a left that Owraa also avoids with ease.
Owraa circles away from the clinch attempt.
Owraa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McLovin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McLovin gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Owraa.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McLovin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Owraa circles away quickly and effectively.
McLovin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
McLovin tries to clinch but Owraa is having none of it.
McLovin misses with a two punch combination.
McLovin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Owraa momentarily.
McLovin misses with a body kick.
Owraa keeps the fight on the outside.
McLovin throws a wild body kick that Owraa sees coming a mile off.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McLovin throws a nice looking combination but Owraa bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Owraa closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McLovin to the mat! McLovin manages to get full guard.
McLovin has momentary wrist control but Owraa slips an elbow through the middle.

Owraa drops back looking for a leg! McLovin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McLovin manages to kick Owraa off! Owraa jumps back into McLovin's guard.

Owraa is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Owraa sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed McLovin's guard.

Owraa seems to be looking for submissions.
Owraa blocks the strikes from McLovin.

Owraa is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McLovin sees it coming and defends easily.

Owraa is working for a kimura but McLovin is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Owraa maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! McLovin could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Owraa has cracked it and McLovin is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Owraa!
