Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kent Wilkinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilkinson has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Mauricio Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kent Wilkinson's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in and drives through. Wilkinson sprawls well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Poor strikes thrown by Wilkinson there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Silva tries to lock up and control but Wilkinson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Silva is looking to improve his position but Wilkinson isn't that keen on the idea.

Wilkinson is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Silva is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Silva flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Wilkinson anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Silva and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Wilkinson slips an arm under Silva chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Wilkinson has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Wilkinson is squeezing on Silva like an anaconda would it's prey. Silva fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
