PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Moreland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ciril Motachenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Motachenko is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: King Ring. Moreland is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreland is looking to clinch but Motachenko is avoiding it.
Motachenko looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Motachenko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Moreland is just riding it out for now. Motachenko eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Motachenko fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Moreland sprawls well initially but Motachenko persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Motachenko has control of Moreland's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Moreland regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Moreland is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Motachenko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moreland gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ciril Motachenko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
