Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luigi Linguine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Linguine comes into the arena with Scarface - I Seen A Man Die blaring out of the sound system. Travis Browne has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Luigi Linguine's chin.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Browne fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Linguine to the ground. Browne is now in Linguine's guard.
Linguine looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Browne trying to control the position from guard on top but Linguine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Linguine is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Linguine continues to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Luigi Linguine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Browne moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Linguine swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
And Browne responds with a good body kick, but Linguine manages to step out the way in time.
Linguine rushes Browne and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Linguine lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
It looks like Travis Browne has been cut.
Linguine lands a body punch in the clinch.
Linguine scores with a nice hook to the head.
Linguine lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Browne is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Linguine digs a right hand into Browne's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Browne's gas tank.

Browne fails to pull guard.
Browne tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Linguine scores with a shoulder strike.
Browne looks winded!
Linguine lands a body shot.
Linguine pushes Browne back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Browne is rocked!
Linguine unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Browne! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Linguine is unloading with more strikes now! Browne drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luigi Linguine!
A relieved looking Luigi Linguine thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
