The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutten uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jordan.
A little jabbing left from Rutten on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jordan throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Jordan misses with a wild body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jordan. Rutten does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rutten shapes to counter with a head kick.
Jordan swings widly with a right hand

and Rutten counters with a nice right hand that sends Jordan toppling to the canvas! Jordan scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Rutten finish him?!

It looks like Joe Jordan has been cut.
Jordan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Rutten tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Jordan tries to work over Rutten's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Jordan tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Rutten is able to avoid easily.

It seemed like Rutten was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Jordan fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Rutten is out of range.
Jordan throws a sloppy body shot
and Rutten counters with a nice body kick.
Jordan slips under a jab from Rutten.
Rutten throws a quick inside leg kick.
Rutten avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rutten is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Jordan misses with a hook to the body

and Rutten counters with a head kick that drops Jordan to the mat! Jordan scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Oh Jordan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jordan throws a hook but Rutten avoids it easily.
Jordan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rutten moves away.
Rutten replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Jordan blocks it well.

Jordan circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Rutten. Jordan falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Rutten!
