Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harvey Grimes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Magnetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnetti doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Grimes decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Magnetti's guard.
Grimes is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Grimes seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Magnetti is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Grimes's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Magnetti shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Grimes as he avoids it easily.
Magnetti changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grimes tries to avoid it but Magnetti manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grimes to the ground. Grimes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Grimes was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
