Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ghani Ogle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ikkaku Madarame (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madarame is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bleed It Out. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ikkaku Madarame was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madarame throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

It looked like Ogle was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Madarame.
Madarame looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Ogle counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ogle shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Madarame eats them both and turns towards Ogle to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Madarame is rocked!
Ogle circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Madarame to the canvas! Madarame doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Ogle keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ghani Ogle!
A relieved looking Ghani Ogle thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
