Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nick Tucker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kenny Florini!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Florini looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Tucker shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Tucker is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Florini sees it coming and defends easily.

Tucker seems to be looking for submissions.

Tucker is working for a submission of some sort.

Tucker seems to be working for a kimura but Florini defends the submission attempt.
Tucker looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Florini manages to get to full guard.
Tucker chips away with some ground and pound.

Tucker drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tucker jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Tucker trying to control the position from guard on top but Florini is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Tucker's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Tucker postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Florini is trying to maintain the position but Tucker is very close to passing his half guard.

Tucker is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Florini wants to get back to full guard.

Tucker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Florini keeps working.

Tucker is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Florini looking for submissions off his back.
